Pizza Parma Verde
Soccer night (or football for us) equals pizza night (and beer... with moderation of course). Tonight is Parma Verde pizza with mozzarella Di Bufala, Parma Ham and Rucola salad-Parmesan.
- 250g flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 10g yeast of baker dissolved in 15cl warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Mix all together in that order and let stand covered at least half an hour, the dough should double in size.
The tomato sauce:
It is a basic and fast sauce to make: Simmer tomato pulp, 1 or 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 garlic clove, some basil leaves, Cayenne pepper eventually and finally salt and pepper. Then mix together and add some dried Origano at the end.
In the oven:
Preheat the oven at maximum temperature (250°C for us) and leave the baking sheet at the bottom of the oven.
Make you pizza on a baking paper and put it in the oven.
When the pizza is almost done, take off the baking sheet.
Out of the oven, add the Parma ham, the rucola salad previously soaked in olive oil, and finally the parmesan.
