A few month ago, on a market in Cannes, we met a truffle grower so it was the occasion to try some. We used the 2 smallest one to make a truffle butter.
Instructions: Allow the butter at room temperature until softened. Add the grated truffle and some salt (unless you used salted-butter). Place the butter in the basket and leave in the fridge.
This is really easy to make and you can use it in many different dishes. From left to right: toasted english muffin with truffle butter, scrambled eggs and mashed potatoes with truffle butter.
