Magdalenas

These magdalenas are childhood souvenir for my brother and I. I had to give it a try!

Ingredients for about 20 magdalenas:

- 250g flour

- 10 cl olive oil (this is why it is spanish madeleines)

- 180g sugar

- 120g greek yogurt

- 1/2 lemon juice + peel

- 7g baking powder

- 2 large eggs

Instructions:

- Mix together the wet ingredients: yogurt, eggs and olive oil. Then add the sugar and the flour/baking powder and finally the lemon (juice + peel).

- You can use paper liners or a madeleine tray. In the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C.

Bon goûter!

Try it with a small spoon of Nutella :)
