Popcorn

Good morning,

We often think that popcorn is not healthy but in fact this is the fat, the salt or the sweet we add that are unhealthy. But popcorn is a super healthy snack and we can enjoy it without any guilt for a movie night! Today I suggest a salty version and I used coconut oil, highly appreciated nowadays for its anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits.

Ingredients:

- Corn

- Coconut oil

- Pink Salt from Himalaya

Instructions:

- Heat a fewtablespoonsof coconut oilin a panthen add thecorn.Just enough tocover the bottomof the panbut not too muchso they do notoverlapstoo much.

- Cover the pan and let the corn pop! Shake the pan once in a while so the corn doesn't burn at the bottom.

- Add the salt right after so it melts.
