Zucchinis Carpaccio


Today was a hot day in Marseille. We wanted something light and fresh for lunch so we made this zucchinis carpaccio, a piece of baguette on the side, this is it :)


- 1 zucchini

- 2 cluster tomatoes

- Chive

- Olive oil

- Mustard

- Worcester sauce

- Tabasco

- Garlic

- Lemon

- Salt and pepper


- Cut thin slices of the zucchini and place them in plate.

- Cut the tomatoes into quarters and place them at the center of the plate.

- In a bowl mix together: 1tsp mustard, half a lemon, 3tsp olive oil, 1tsp Worcester sauce, a few drops of tabasco, a clove of garlic and fresh chive. Finish with salt and pepper, taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

- Brush the carpaccio with the sauce, it's ready!
