Today I share with you the recipe of Cécile's Chocolate Cake. Her chocolate cake was our after party ritual back in our years at the University. The recipe is simple, you put everything in the bowl and mix it and it works, all the time. But not only this recipe is easy and quick, it is delicious. You can make a big batch or small pieces, the moist is the same. If I have to say only one thing about this cake, don't expect it to be healthy! This is a pure treat. So as long as you don't make it your breakfast, dessert and snack everyday... you should be fine :)

- 4 eggs

- 200g butter

- 200g sugar

- 2 large tbsp of flour

- 200g chocolate tables


- Melt butter and chocolate together.

- In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the sugar and then the flour.

- Pour the chocolate/butter in the bowl and mix together.

- In the oven at 170° for about 20 minutes. Put a knife at the center of the cake, if it comes out almost clean, it is ok. You can adapt the time if you want a fondant texture.

Enjoy every bites!

Could it be... better? Add marshmallows on top and bake 2-3 minutes!
