Cake à la crème
It' s been a while that I didn't make a simple moist cake. I love this kind of cake because you can add many different things and enjoy it at different time of the day. Instead of the traditional yogurt cake, I choose to add cream (Crème fraiche épaisse). 30 seconds in the microwave and you can smell the cream and the orange flower. A delish!
- 3 eggs
- 180g sugar
- 250g cream
- 300g flour
- 10g baking powder
- 1tbsp orange flower
- Beat the eggs, add the sugar and the cream.
- Sift the flour and the baking powder and add gradually the mix egg/sugar/cream.
- Add the orange flower at the end.
- In the oven at 180° for 30 minutes, the cake is done when your knife is dry when you put it at the center of the cake.
