Fried Tilapia


After Tilapia en papillotes, here is a second recipe using tilapia fish, fried, with coriander and lime sauce.


- Fillets of Tilapia

For the dough:

- 100g flour

- 25g  potato starch

- 1 tsp baking powder

- 1 egg

- Chopped parsley

- Garlic in powder

- 25cl sparkling water

For the sauce:

- 2 tsp soy sauce

- 1/2 lime juice

- 1 tsp sesame powder

- 1 tsp sriracha sauce

- 1 tsp sugar

- Fresh Coriander


- Use paper towels to absorb the excess of water on the fillets.

- Dust the fillets with flour.

- For the dough: Mix together the flour, the potato starch, the baking powder, the egg, the sparkling water, garlic powder and finally the parsley.

- Dip the fillets into the dough and fry them. When golden, place them on paper towels to absorb the excess of oil.

- For the sauce: mix the ingredients all together and put 1 large tbsp of sauce on the fillet.
