Tilapia en papillote


Today, Poppy and his brother cooked some tilapia en papillote, a lunch full of Provence colors!

Ingredients (for 4 fillets):

- Fillets of tilapia

- 1 red pepper, 1 green pepper

- 3 shallots

- Lime

- Liquid cream

- Olive oil

- Coriander

- Espelette pepper


- Stir-fry the shallots and the garlic with olive oil.

- Add the peppers. Season: salt, pepper, Espelette pepper.

-In your papillote, throw a dash of olive oil, salt, pepper and place the fillet of tilapia. Season the other side and add 2 large tbsp of farce. Add a dash of creme, some coriander and lime. Close the papillote.

- In the oven for 20 minutes at 200°C.

You can add some sauce of olive oil + lime.
