Here is a classic recipe but we never have enough! I made brownies with almonds because I am allergic to hazelnuts but feel free to use all the kind of nuts you like or even chocolate chips!


– 4 eggs

– 1/2 lb chocolate bars

– 1 cup butter

– 1/3 cup powdered sugar

– 1/4 cup ground almond

– 2/3 cup flour

– 1tsp baking powder

– Nuts or almonds roughly chopped


– Melt together the chocolate and the butter.

– In a bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, ground almonds, flour + baking powder, then add the melted chocolate-butter, end with the nuts.

– In the oven for about 25 minutes at 350°F (test with a knife at the center of the cake, if it comes out clean, it is done!).
