Salmon tartare, asian seasoning

Hello!

For my mom's 60th birthday, we tried to find some ideas with fish because she loves fish! I have to say it was not easy... As you may know, we cook more meat than fish but we come up with this salmon tartare idea for aperitif and we tried to give it a little kick with "asian" seasonning. The result is really refreshing and tasty! I hope you will give it a try...

Ingredients:

– 1lb raw salmon – 1 cucumber – 1 apple grany smith – 2 lime – 1tsp sesame oil – 3-4tsp soy sauce – 3-4tsp grapeseed oil – 1 pinch of Espelette pepper – Fried garlic – Roughly chopped peanuts

Instructions:

– Cut the apple and the cucumber in brunoise (finely diced) – Dice the salmon – Combine the salmon, the cucumber and the apple and season with lime, soy sauce, sesame oil, grapeseed oil and Espelette pepper. - Before serving, taste and season again if needed. – At last, add the fried garlic and the peanuts.

Bon aperitif!
