French fries

Everytime we grill meat, we have French fries. It's a classic at our house. We tried so many versions, different size of slicing, different frying techniques and different seasonings. And here is our favorite:

Ingredients

Potatoes (like Bintje for example)

Beef Fat

Smoked paprika

Garlic powder

Thyme

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Slice the potatoes and place them on absorbent paper to dry them.

2. Preheat the beef fat at 300Β°F and dive the fries until they are cooked but not golden.

3. Sit aside for 10 minutes and re-dive them in the beef fat at 350Β°F until golden.

4. Put some absorbent paper in a large bowl and put the fries in it to remove the extra grease. Then take off the paper and add the seasoning (smoked paprika, garlic powder and thyme).
